Internet Merchandise Returns and Exchanges:
Within fourteen (14) days of receipt, if any item you purchased does not meet your expectations,
you can send us an Email at info@plainjanegifts.com and request a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization).
In your email, please include your name; your order number; the email address to which the
order confirmation was sent; the item(s) you wish to return or exchange; and the reason.
Once we receive your request, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number within one business day to put on the outside of your package.
Items returned without a RMA or after fourteen (14) days of receipt will be billed a $10.00
processing fee, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
In order for you to receive a refund, all items you return must be resalable. This means, all
apparel items must not have been worn, soiled or laundered and must be free of the smell of
tobacco smoke.
Of course, all freight, handling and insurance fees will not be refunded and you will be billed
shipping for any exchanges.
